Color, Texture, and Depth
Students in grades 9-12 were introduced to acrylic painting techniques, as well as how to show depth in their work by using color and texture. Students worked in acrylic paint for this project, and engaged in several small group critique sessions to check for understanding regarding acrylic painting techniques and project objective, as well as to receive peer feedback regarding their work.
